Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges
- If you'd like to exchange your item, contact us at support@bexp.store within 7 days of receiving it.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
